Caring For and Wearing Your Jewellery

• To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
• Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery when using bleach, cleaning products and other chemicals.
• Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity

How to Store Your Jewellery

• We highly recommend that you store your jewellery packaging provided or another suitably lined box or soft pouch.
• Store your pieces of jewellery separately, so that they don't scratch each other or become tangled.

Cleaning Precious Metals

• To keep your jewellery looking its best and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish we recommend using polishing cloth for precious metal.  
• A Silver cleaner can be used to clean Sterling Silver pieces but not for yellow gold, white gold or rose gold.
• Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.

Cleaning Gemstones

• Many natural gemstones can be quite delicate, hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times.
• Clean your gemstones with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing.

How to Prevent Tarnishing

• All our Sterling Silver products are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish but this may eventually wear with time.
• Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above.

• All KASEROX jewellery orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand

• Please make sure your address is correct, we are not responsible for the delay or lost of the package due to incorrect address provided from customer.

Tax and Duties

• International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are collected once your package reached your country. 

• Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

• We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. 

• Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties

• Customs and local taxed levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from custom on arrival.

TO REQUEST THE RETURN OR REPAIR OF AN ITEM, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS:

• All requests must be emailed to info@kaseroxofficial.com

• All merchandise must be returned as it was original package, including all packaging, tags, box and linen pouch. If original packaging is not included, the package will be refused and refund will not be issued

• Customer must provide proof of purchase – No exception

• For hygiene reason we can not exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective.

• Customer will be responsible for the returning fee.
