International shipping

• Shipping carrier by Thailand post

• Your order will be prepared within 48 hours.

• Once your order is complete, you will be notifying and provide with the tracking number, where you will be able to track your package.

• International shipping will take 2-4 weeks, depends on the location.

• All KASEROX jewellery orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand

• Please make sure your address is correct, we are not responsible for the delay or lost of the package due to incorrect address provided from customer.

Important information – Due to Covid 19 pandemic, the production can take longer than usual. However, we will keep you update.

Tax and Duties

• International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are collected once your package reached your country. 

• Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) Basic, meaning the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and duties. 

• We are unable to calculate the amount of duties and taxes your package that will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. 

• Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties

• Customs and local taxed levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from custom on arrival.
